Kathryn holds a B.A. in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University and has worked in both the stormwater manufacturing industry and private civil consulting. She has over 15 years of experience in stormwater treatment design including rainwater harvesting, infiltration, detention, and regional stormwater management.  As an expert analyst of site plans, project budgets, and regulatory approvals, she works to find cost effective stormwater solutions for clients.

Gregor is the Technical Sales Manager for Torrent Resources (CA).  Gregor graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.  He has been working in the field of water resources engineering and stormwater management for the last 22 years.  Gregor blends a diverse professional background in both the public and private sectors with a personal passion to improve the health  of our streams, rivers, and beaches.

Laraine Sanfilippo, Associate Director Regulatory Affairs

Laraine graduated from San Diego State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.  She has over 10 years of experience working in stormwater management.  Laraine began her career in the private civil sector, transitioned to Oldcastle as a sales representative, and has since promoted up through Stormwater from Regulatory Manager to Associate Director.  Her experience and passion drive results effecting positive changes to our built environment.
