The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) includes significant funding for projects to expand broadband internet access and improve digital connectivity through the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program. A key piece of this funding is the Build America Buy America act. The BABA Act includes strong and permanent domestic sourcing requirements and applies to a variety of products but waves this requirement from others.

Below is a list of BABA-certified products to help in the product selection for your project. The BABA certification follows the U.S. Department of Commerce National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) requirements.
