Lien waiver processing is an obligation that we continue to refine and standardize to meet statutory requirements and the needs of our valued customers.
In effort to increase efficiency and decrease our turnaround time, we have implemented the steps below for all requests..
Waiver processing turnaround time is 2-3 business days.

Conditional Waiver and Release on Progress Payment
Unconditional Waiver and Release on Progress Payment
Conditional Waiver and Release on Final Payment
Unconditional Waiver and Release on Final Payment
2. Complete required fields with project information if known.
3. Email completed forms to: lienwaivers@oldcastle.com.
4. If it’s an urgent request, please put so in the subject line and we will try our best to prioritize
