STAKKAbox™

Retrofit around existing infrastructure or new construction installs are achievable in just one day with the STAKKAbox™ ULTIMA Connect system. This is a modular vault system built on-site with lightweight, easily-connectable corner pieces and scalable sidewall lengths that are configurable to your specifications and can be completely installed in just one day.

Fibrelyte®

Fibrelyte® manufactured from an exclusive composite formulation of polyester resin, fiberglass and calcium carbonate yields lightweight, high strength enclosures. This proprietary composite material is stronger, easier to handle and much lighter than concrete, saving both time and money during installation, service work and transportation.

Oldcastle FRP

Oldcastle FRP is manufactured using a spray up method with even layers of fiberglass strands and resin that are applied onto the mold. After being rolled to remove trapped air, we reinforce the enclosure with woven cloth applied between layers. This process ensures our high impact resistance and durability.

Box Culverts

Box culverts are suitable for applications such as underpasses, tunnels, subways, bridges, stream culverts, material handling, storage, and more. Oldcastle Infrastructure box culverts are engineered to resist corrosive elements and withstand volumes of water inside as well as extreme loading conditions outside.

Carson® Heavywall™ BCF

Carson® BCF Heavywall™ design includes straight walls and a paving flange. These boxes are available in a variety of sizes and heights and are engineered to accept all types of covers: including Iron, Plastic, Composite, Steel, Polymer Concrete, and Heavy duty Plastic. Our BC style is customizable and able to accommodate many pipe configurations.

Carson® Specifications Grade

Carson® Specification Grade is the original grade level access boxes. They are designed for vertical and lateral strength. This enclosure can accommodate many pipe configurations.

Carson® TrussT

Carson® TrussT valve boxes are value-engineered to achieve top-down strength for lasting access to irrigation systems. Sidewalls feature “truss” reinforcements to withstand passing pressure from push-mowers, domestic riding mowers, and other do-it-yourself gardening equipment.

The Nutrient Separating Baffle Box (NSBB) is an advanced vault treatment system for storm water runoff. Its patented screen system is designed to capture and store debris in a dry state to minimize nutrient leaching and allow for easy servicing.

Split Box Culvert Solution Case Study

Granite Construction, Inc. partnered with Oldcastle Infrastructure to manufacture a box culvert solution for the Pepin Creek install that will work towards providing a sustainable fish passage for the area.

Concrete Pipe Fault Line Solution Case Study
