Modular Bioretention System for Green Infrastructure
TerraMod is engineered for use with any conventional, non-proprietary or low-flow media and designed as a series of precast concrete modules to meet local bioretention regulations.
TerraMod meets green infrastructure requirements by combining the effectiveness of natural soil and vegetation treatment with simplistic design to maximize filtration, sorption and biological uptake to remove pollutants such as Total Suspended Solids (TSS), metals, nutrients and petroleum hydrocarbons from stormwater runoff.
Leveraging biological processes, infiltration and pervious surfaces, TerraMod is a green, modular stormwater bioretention solution.

Design Simplicity
TerraMod Systems are centered around simplicity and flexibility. From design, to installation, to lifetime maintenance, TerraMod was created to provide an easier biofiltration solution. Module sizes range from 3.5’ to 6.5’ wide – increasing in half-foot increments – and 10’ long to simplify module selection and streamline your design process.
Green Infrastructure
Bioretention media and plantings create a sustainable Low Impact Development (LID) solution to help maintain pre-development site conditions in compliance with local green infrastructure requirements. Modules can include an open bottom to promote infiltration.
Localized Solution
TerraMod’s modular design is key to meeting the local regulations of any given application site. In addition, the close proximity of Oldcastle Infrastructure’s manufacturing facilities allow for quicker response times through a truly-local sourcing and support solution. TerraMod arrives pre-fabricated, requiring minimal on-site assembly and resulting in quicker installation timelines.
